Normally, video generation takes 1-2 minutes, which can be affected by server load and the number of user requests at a given moment.

In order to control the load of the server, users can currently generate a maximum of 2 videos at the same time, if you have reached this limit, you can take a short break and come back later to continue creating!😉

If you have subscribed to a membership, the generation queue can be referenced according to the corresponding membership benefits.

If you are unable to generate a video for a long time, please contact [email protected] by email, with a screenshot of the detailed generation page and your user ID. We will deal with it promptly.

PixVerse support 5s and 10s videos , and you can use editing tools to create longer videos.
