What’s the relationship between the app and the web version?

The app and web versions share the same account data. You can log in to both with the same account and access your data seamlessly across platforms.
Membership benefits and Credits are also synced between the app and web. In the app, you can view all the generation records from the web.

What should I do if my credits are not enough?

The app follows the same credit refresh rules as the web. Credits refresh daily at UTC 00:00, with 60 credits granted each day. Unused credits will expire and not carry over to the next day.
If you need more credits, you can purchase them.

What should I do if my membership or credits don't appear in my account after purchase?

Purchases may experience a slight delay in processing. If your membership or credits haven't appeared in your account within 1-2 hours after purchase, please contact [email protected] with your receipt and account information so we can assist you.

How do I request a refund?

All refunds for app purchases are processed through the app store where you made your purchase. Please contact your app store (like Apple App Store or Google Play) directly to request a refund.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by finding " Subscription Management" in the bottom right corner of the subscription page. Just follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. After deletion, your account information will remain on our servers for 5 days, during which you won't be able to log in. After this 5-day period, your account and all associated information will be permanently deleted.
If you accidentally delete your account, please contact [email protected] within 5 days and include the email address used for registration.

Will the videos I create appear in the community?

Videos you generate are private by default. However, if you choose to publish them, other users may be able to see your videos in the community.
