If you wish to delete your PixVerse account, please follow these steps:
- Send a Deletion Request
Please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Identity Verification
To verify your account, we may ask you to provide your email for registration and account ID to verify your identity and correctly delete the associated account.
- Deletion Confirmation
Once our support team receives and verifies your request, we will send you a confirmation email.
- Data Deletion
Upon confirmation, we will permanently delete all data associated with your account from the PixVerse systems. This process is irreversible.
- Deletion Completion Notification
You will receive a final confirmation email once the data deletion is complete.
Please note:
- After account deletion, you will no longer have access to any PixVerse services or be able to recover deleted data.
- We commit to completing the deletion process within 30 days of receiving a valid request.
- We will not retain any user data during or after the deletion process.
